Starting Dec. 6, we’ll be trimming the trees and decking the halls for Santa’s big scene. We’ll start off with a PJ Party with Santa on December 6th, followed by photos with Santa, crafts with Mrs. Claus and the big tree lighting ceremony all on December 7th.
Lights! Camera! Christmas! Get ready for your closeup when Santa arrives on Main Street. The Uptown parade brings movie magic to town when it kicks off at 2 p.m. December 8th. Dust off your jingle bells to help us recreate iconic movie moments during the “Christmas in Cinema” parade. IF you get to the area a little early, check ou the free carriage rides and visits with Santa at tree lighting festivities in Ware Shoals on Dec. 2.
Kick off the holiday sparkle at the Town of Ninety Six Holiday Festival of Lights, from 6-8:30 p.m. Nov. 29. And if you haven’t gotten enough of the holiday spirit, stick around for the Christmas parades in the towns of Ware Shoals, at 5:30 p.m. and in Ninety Six at 6 p.m. Dec. 14, followed by the town of Troy Christmas parade at 3 p.m., December 15th.

Local Look, an annual, year-end exhibition of local artwork will be on view at The Arts Center of Greenwood through January 10th, 2025. The art exhibition and competition highlights artists within Greenwood County. You can make your own holiday art at the Arts Center at the Christmas Tree Glazing Workshop on Dec. 5.
